“What networks can I use to access my instances?”

Group projects by default come with the internal network group-project-network (192.168.0.0/24), which already has routing set up to the recommended external-ipv4-general-public network. This allows direct allocation and use of public Floating IPs. Group projects may also use the internal-ipv4-general-private network with the same effect.

”Where will my instance run — Brno or Ostrava?”

The Oliver cloud is a single cloud with two availability zones: brno and ostrava, which map to the two geographical locations. You select the availability zone when creating an instance (CLI option --availability-zone, or the corresponding field in the Horizon dashboard). Flavor access controls on which host group the instance can be scheduled — see Flavors.
